Sarah Georger-Clark is in the top 0.5% of realtors in Washington State, and the fact that she was completely unaware of that says a lot about her. As Jennifer says, realtors like Sarah are so busy delighting clients, they really don't even think about their rankings.
Despite truly being a master in her profession, Sarah says she doesn't "walk around feeling like I'm a master at this." Instead, she focuses on things that make her happy in her personal life and weaves it into her professional life — good restaurants, new-mom life, etc. — and the referrals come from those interests and hobbies.
